Cancellation Policy ​

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. In the event of needing to cancel an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible as this enables me to make the appointment available to other customers. If your cancellation is within 24 hours of the appointment taking place, then 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Prior to your appointment, I will send out a confirmation email and text at the point booking along with a reminder by email and text to you 48 hours prior to your booked appointment time.

Mobile Treatments : If an appointment has been confirmed that you have not cancelled and this results in me travelling to your home where nobody is present for the appointment, then 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
