ABOUT ME

My name is Holly, I am a fully qualified mobile reflexologist MAR based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I cover many nearby villages and towns and I will travel further upon request. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and you can read more about this here.

I have been passionate about complimentary therapies and holistic health for many years and have often booked in for Reflexology treatments, Reiki and other forms of therapies to help with my own feelings of stress, anxiety and when I have felt that I need that 'little pick me up'. I decided to train as a Reflexologist initially as I wanted to learn more about the history and techniques involved purely for personal interest. But as I progressed and experienced the positivity of clients results and the joy of seeing people relax, destress and see improvements as a result of the treatments that I had given, my enthusiasm grew and I knew I wanted to build on my knowledge, experience and personal growth further.

Always wanting to expand my knowledge further, I have further trained at Regents University, London with Ziggie Bergman, the UK's leading expert in Facial Reflexology.
